Our City is proud to host the Art Loan Program, which provides local artists the opportunity to showcase their work in public spaces, such as City Hall, our library branches, and other City facilities.
This effort is proudly supported by our Public Arts Commission, which works year-round to promote, encourage, and elevate the arts in Moreno Valley. Their mission is to enrich the quality of life in our City through cultural programming, artistic partnerships, and by providing opportunities for local artists to shine.
