CPD Citizen Volunteers Provide a Safe Night Out

The Colton Police Department Citizen Volunteers in conjunction with the First Assembly of God Church attended the Trunk Or Treat Event at Fleming Park in downtown October 31st, 2018. The event was from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

The park was full of kids dressed up for the event for Halloween candy and gifts. From superheroes to princesses and from combat fighters to cats, a variety of costumes were on display from local children and parents.

The citizen volunteers attend as many public events as we possibly can.

Our main objective as Citizen Volunteers for the Colton Police Department is to make our city and community a safe place to live. For children to play safely and for parents to feel comfort in knowing that this city is safe for their families.

The Colton Police Department looks forward to participation in as many events that we as volunteers can do to better or improve our city.

We as Volunteers of the Police Department look forward to helping our community in any way we can.

If a group or organization would like to have the volunteers to participate in their activity we would ask that adequate notice be given to the Colton Police Department. The phone number during the week is 909-370-5000.

It would be best if we could have at least a two week notice in order for the volunteers to plan and participate.
