Voice of the People: Sewer System Agreement

The people of Grand Terrace should be proud and happy for the new agreement on the sewer system with Colton. We have been losing money on the sewers for several years and this new agreement, though a small increase in our payments, will put us on a pay as we use basis. A big red rose to our city officials.
