San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) recognizes that students, or their families, may have educational and logistical needs that might make them consider attending a school other than their home school. A student’s home school is determined by the student’s address. Students and their parents can visit http://www.sbcusd.com/index.aspx?NID=6 to determine their home school. Parents may request their child be transferred to another school by completing a transfer request form. Forms are available at www.sbcusd.com/transfers or in the school office. The deadline to submit a transfer request for the 2016–2017 school year is Tuesday, Mar. 1, 2016. The Mar. 1, 2016, transfer request deadline does not apply to requests to enroll in Richardson PREP HI or Rodriguez PREP Academy Middle Schools or any elementary school Magnet program. The deadline to apply for those programs has passed. Contact the Youth Services Department at (909) 880-6812 for more information.
