Dear Moreno Valley Residents,

The City of Moreno Valley is working hard to make your commute a smoother ride.

We are pleased to announce that the City of Moreno Valley App now allows users to report potholes. This new functionality appears under the "Report an Issue" tab on the mobile application. Users can simply quickly click on the "Potholes" tab, and the location of the report is automatically recorded. Application users can either choose the pre-selected location, or they can very easily move the image to place the cursor on the spot where the pothole can be located and repaired. There is also an option to add notes and upload a photograph of the issue.

This additional tool will make it easier for residents to report potholes and will complement our many other reporting processes currently in place.

I look forward to seeing exciting results from this new mobile feature as we continue our mission to maintain Moreno Valley's roads.
