Mayor's Message: Jumpstart Your Career at the Regional Job Fair

Dear Moreno Valley Residents,

It’s no secret that Moreno Valley is the best City in the Inland Empire to obtain a good local job.

We have many resources available to help job seekers—including our popular job fairs, our trailblazing Hire MoVal initiative, and our Business and Employment Resource Center (BERC).

The numbers speak for themselves—we have added a massive 29,000 new local jobs in the past ten years, according to the latest UCR jobs report. That far outpaces many communities in Riverside County!

If you are in the market for a new career, please join us at our upcoming Regional Job Fair on March 1 from 9 am to 1 pm at the Conference & Recreation Center, 14075 Frederick Street.

Our free job fairs attract high-end employers from trades across the Inland Empire. It’s an incredible opportunity to meet these employers face to face and take the first step toward your new career.

Not only that, but our job fairs feature workshops that will help you stand out in a crowded job field, with topics including resume building, accessing Veterans Affairs benefits, how to start your own business, and more.

We will also have exciting raffle prizes and light refreshments. There really is something for every job seeker!

To sign up, visit moval.org/berc. I’ll see you there!
