Unicare Community Health Center (UCHC) will be hosting our Open House and Community Health Fair event to celebrate our first year anniversary of UCHC Colton Health Center on Saturday, August 12th 2017 from 10:00am to 2:00pm, at 308 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324.

At this time we are excited to take this opportunity during our kick-off event celebration to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to our partners, sponsors, supporters, and communities as a whole.  UCHC will also be joining with thousands of communities around the nation to celebrate the National Health Center Week 2017 and recognize the innovative work of Community Health Centers in providing access to affordable, high quality, cost effective health care to medically vulnerable and under-served people.

Please come join us on this special day celebration.  UCHC will be providing FREE health screenings - blood pressure check, blood glucose, anemia, diabetes, vision, BLI/weight, and adult immunization.  During the event, with joint partnership with American Red Cross of SB County, Center for Oral Health, Asian American Resource Center and SBC More Healthcare for All, there will also be FREE educational sessions on CPR/First Aid Basics/Emergency Preparedness, Diabetes Education, Women Health, Oral Health and Behavioral Health with resource linkages navigation and Medi-Cal/other affordable health benefits enrollment assistance available to families and communities as well.  Celebrate with us and enjoy tours of our clinic facility, free food and refreshments, face painting, lots of raffles prizes and giveaways for all attendees.
