City of Grand Terrace Measure M

In this year’s General Election, the residents of Grand Terrace will be voting on Measure M- Hotel Tax Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT).

If you’d like to view an impartial analysis of Measure M by City Attorney Adrian R. Guerra, where he states that “The Measure is estimated to generate approximately $10,000 (current estimate) to $250,000 (if a major hotel is developed in the City) in annual revenue,” then please click here.
