Colton Chamber of Commerce Launches New Program

The Colton Chamber of Commerce has launched a new recognition program designed to celebrate the longtime members who have remained committed to the Chamber and the Colton community.

The new program, titled “Legacy Loyal Member of the Month,” recognizes active Chamber members who have maintained their membership for three years or longer. While the Chamber regularly welcomes and highlights new members on social media, the new program ensures that longtime members also receive recognition for their continued loyalty, involvement and support.

Each Legacy Loyal Member of the Month receives a certificate of recognition, social media recognition and a special banner to display at their business or organization throughout the month. At the end of the recognition period, the Chamber collects the banner and presents it to the next selected Legacy Loyal Member.

The Colton Woman’s Club was selected as the Chamber’s first Legacy Loyal Member of the Month for 2026. Members of the organization were presented with the recognition banner and certificate on Aug. 3, 2026.

The program also recognizes that many Chamber members contribute to Colton in ways that extend beyond their businesses and organizations. In addition to supporting the Chamber, many members dedicate their time to volunteering, participating in community activities and supporting programs that benefit local residents.

The Legacy Loyal program complements the Chamber’s existing “Business of the Month” program, which also recognizes members with a certificate, banner and social media exposure. Both programs provide approximately 30 days of recognition and are intended to highlight the businesses and organizations that contribute to the Chamber and the community.

At the heart of both programs is a simple message: appreciation. The Chamber wants its members—whether they recently joined or have supported the organization for years—to know that their participation and commitment are valued.

Previous Business of the Month recipients are also highlighted on the Colton Chamber of Commerce’s Instagram page.
