Maximus Rosales also known as Max, a 17 year old Senior at Grand Terrace High School, is a remarkable student-athlete, maintaining a 3.5 GPA while excelling on the football field. Despite his demanding schedule, Max continues to stay on track both academically and athletically, embodying a strong work ethic and passion for success.

For the past 11 years, Max has been deeply involved in sports, starting when he was just six years old. He enjoyed playing football, hockey, and soccer growing up. Currently, he plays football for GTHS, where he has been a key player for the past three years. His primary positions are Linebacker and Safety, roles in which he consistently demonstrates skill, determination, and leadership.

Max’s hard work is evident not only in his academic success but also in his accomplishments on the field. Earning a starting position in every sport he’s participated in is no easy task, and he takes pride in successfully balancing both his academics and athletics. As we watch him play, it is clear that he pours his heart into every game, giving his all to help his team succeed.

Off the field, Max has a creative side that he loves as his hobby. He enjoys floral design, a passion he shares with his family. They own a floral business, Ileriok & Co., which features stunning arrangements for all occasions. Their work can be found on Instagram (@Ileriok&Co), showcasing beautiful designs that capture the essence of every special moment.

When asked about his motivation, Max points to his uncle, Noe Catano, a bull rider who greatly influenced his perspective on sports. Max says that his uncle’s stories of perseverance and courage have inspired him to approach his own athletic journey with the same level of passion and dedication.

Looking ahead, Max plans to pursue higher education, with a goal of earning a Master’s degree in Project Management. He embraces the future with confidence and a reflective mindset, sharing his favorite quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson: "Life is a succession of lessons which must be lived to be understood."

As Max prepares to embark on the next chapter of his life, we wish this dedicated Titan the very best. His commitment to sports, school, and family is admirable, and we know the future holds great things for Maximus Rosales.
