The Moreno Valley Parks & Community Services Department is hosting several exciting activities for youth this spring season. On Saturday, March 19, a FREE Easter Egg Hunt will be held for youth ages 2 to 12 at Sunnymead Park located at 12655 Perris Blvd. at 9 a.m. sharp. Children will be divided into designated age groups to search for thousands of hidden candy and prize-filled eggs. The event is inclusive, with activities for youth ages 12 and under regardless of developmental and/or physical abilities. In the event of rain, the egg hunt will take place on March 26. Adding to springtime fun for just $8 per event are three more events: •Saturday, March 19: Bunny Brunch will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Senior Community Center located at 25075 Fir Ave. Children ages 2 to 12 will enjoy a morning of games, crafts, a puppet show, a special breakfast prepared just for them, and a visit from the Easter Bunny! •Tuesday, March 22: The Jr. Chef’s Workshop will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the TownGate Community Center located at 13100 Arbor Park Lane. Children ages 4 to 12 will make delicious holiday goodies to take home and enjoy. •Thursday, March 24: The final seasonal activity is Hop Down the Bunny Trail to be held at the TownGate Community Center from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Children 4 to 12 years of age will make several creative spring crafts. Pre-registration is highly recommended. A multiple activity discount is available for only $22. Registration is available at the Conference & Recreation Center at 14075 Frederick Street.
