2014 Miss Moreno Valley Scholarship Pageant Calls for Delegates

The Miss Moreno Valley Scholarship Pageant Program announces its call for 2014 delegate entries for the 2014 pageant to be held Feb. 16. Young women between the ages of 13 and 24, who are either a resident, full-time student or employed full time in Moreno Valley, are invited to register for the competition. Delegates will be judged in four categories including: interview, sportswear, evening gown and onstage question. There is no bathing suit competition. Girls ages 13 to 16 will compete for the title of Miss Teen Moreno Valley and women ages 17 to 24 will compete for the title of Miss Moreno Valley. The Miss Moreno Valley program has not existed in nearly 18 years and under the direction of Miguel Sarasa, Executive Director of Miss Hemet, Miss San Jacinto & Miss Inland Empire Scholarship Programs, program organizers look forward to Moreno Valley having titleholders to support local business, community events and serve as role models to the youth. Sponsorship opportunities are still available for the Miss Moreno Valley Scholarship Pageant. Send inquiries to sarasa_miguel@yahoo.com. The Miss Moreno Valley & Miss Teen Moreno Valley Scholarship Pageant program, independently owned and operated by Valley Queens Productions - which also operates Miss Hemet, Miss San Jacinto & Miss Inland Empire, is a volunteer organization responsible for operating the annual Miss Moreno Valley scholarship pageant. Through its advisory Board of Directors, funds are raised to provide the community titleholders monetary scholarship to assist in higher education. The Advisory Board of Directors is also instrumental in community service, fundraising, contestant recruitment and pageant development.
