Inhale Confidence and Exhale Stress at Yoga in the Park

The city of Redlands Quality of life Department presents Yoga in the Park on Saturday, April 25, at Prospect Park. This free event encourages people of all levels to participate in a healthy lifestyle. After treating your body to healthy exercise, make sure to check out the craft fair. The event will have several exercises to choose from: • Good Morning Stretches: 7:30-8 a.m. • Meditative Walks: 8:30-9 a.m. • Basic Sun Salutes: 9-9:30 a.m. • Vinyasa Power Hour +Yin: 10:30-11:45 a.m. • Beginner Yoga Flow: 10:30-11:45 a.m. • Family Yoga Play Shop: Noon-1 p.m. The craft fair will be held throughout the event. Feel free to bring comfortable clothing, water, and a towel/mat.
