A Night at Diamond Stadium Hits a Home Run with the Community

As a proud sponsor of the Lake Elsinore Storm minor league baseball team, we take the lyrics to “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” very seriously! Kaiser Permanente recently stepped up to the plate and invited local families to enjoy a fun night of baseball.

It was a night of community spirit at Diamond Stadium. Members of the Boys & Girls Club of Inland Valley and their families were treated to a pre-game extravaganza, complete with free snacks, giveaways, and fun activities. Kaiser Permanente leadership, physicians, and Riverside service area staff were there, interacting with the community and handing out t-shirts. Together, everyone cheered on the Lake Elsinore Storm to an exciting win, creating lasting moments of community engagement.

Our commitment to you and your community
Michael A. Neri Jr., MD, area medical director for the Riverside service area, threw the first pitch to kick off the game. He was happy to be part of the event and said that our partnership with the Lake Elsinore Storm represents Kaiser Permanente’s commitment to its mission of improving the health of our communities.

“At Kaiser Permanente, we believe that good health starts at home and that family activities and community connections are an important part of a healthy life. That’s why we’re excited to be one of the newest sponsors of the Lake Elsinore Storm. We’re thrilled to create opportunities to celebrate the kids in our community, who will one day become our future doctors, nurses, health care leaders, and pillars in our community,” said Dr. Neri.

We’re just around the corner, too!
We are proud to work with community partners and individuals to build healthier communities. In fact, Kaiser Permanente recently opened the new Wildomar Trail Medical Offices just a half a mile from Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium.
