A new SimpliCITY kiosk is now providing members of the public with easy access to Development Services information in the lobby of City Hall.

The easy-to-use kiosk provides access to current Building, Code, Fire Prevention, Land Development, and Special District records – all with the swipe of a finger.

Users can search records within a specific department/division or across all divisions, by record number, parcel number, address, and/or date range. Search results display basic record information including description, record and inspection status, and related records.

Records are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Simplicity online portal.

Online access is just the latest step to unleash the full power of SimpliCITY. It comes on the heels of a successful launch of the SimpliCITY system which significantly streamlined the development process and made it even easier to develop in Moreno Valley.

Future enhancements are planned for the resident access SimpliCITY portal to provide users with an even greater range of record detail and e-government services.
