Early Morning Fire Displaces One, No Injuries Reported

Firefighters with CAL FIRE and the Riverside County Fire Department responded to an early morning blaze in Moreno Valley on Monday morning, Oct. 7.

Flames emerge from a window near the front of the home on the 21500 block of Kalmia Avenue during an early-morning fire. The first arriving engine reported smoke coming from the home’s living room, according to incident reports.

The early morning blaze was contained quickly after 20 firefighters responded to the scene. One woman was displaced as a result, according to incident reports.
