Fall Cleaning Help

As we bid farewell to the summer heat and welcome the cooler fall breeze, it’s the perfect time to roll up our sleeves for some much-needed fall cleaning inside – and outside – the house! Whether you're tackling your garage, clearing out the yard, or just getting organized for the holiday season, we’ve got you covered with free fall cleaning events happening this month.

First, mark your calendars for our Free Dump Day on October 12 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Waste Management Transfer Station, 17700 Indian St. Get rid of those large, bulky items that have been taking up space in your garage or backyard. There's no need to haul them to the dump by yourself—just bring them to our collection site, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Later in the month, on October 26, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at City Corporate Yard, 15670 Perris Blvd, we’re hosting a Household Hazardous Waste and Electronic Waste Collection Event. This is your opportunity to safely dispose of hazardous materials like old paint, chemicals, and batteries, or electronic waste like TVs and computers. Disposing of these materials safely and keeping them out of landfills helps protect our environment, so gather what you no longer need. Stop by and let us take these items off your hands.

These events are not only a great way to clean up your space but also an opportunity to help keep Moreno Valley beautiful and sustainable. Whether dropping off unwanted items or picking up free mulch, your participation makes a difference!

Visit moval.org/recycle for all the details on these events and more. Let’s work together to spruce up our homes and our community for fall!
