Emma Grace Romo, a 16 year old Sophomore at Grand Terrace High School, is an inspiring example of balance, dedication, and school Titan Spirit. With a 3.0 GPA, she excels academically while staying active in sports and campus life.

Emma began playing sports at just five years old. Over the years, she’s participated in a variety of activities including dance, cheer, and Girl Scouts. In high school, she joined the Track and Field team, where she competes in Shot Put and Discus.

A Girl Scout from kindergarten through 8th grade, Emma has always been passionate about serving her community. She’s volunteered extensively, joined a mission trip through her church, and is actively involved in ASB. Next year, she will take on a leadership role as a Link Crew leader, helping incoming students transition into high school.

Her favorite hobbies include traveling, shopping, and sketching. Creative outlets that reflect her fun and artistic side.

Among her proudest achievements is helping her cheer Titan Pep Squad earn 2nd place in the nation at this year’s USA Nationals, a highlight of her athletic journey. She is also proud of consistently earning a spot on the Honor Roll during high school.

When asked about her biggest influences, Emma shared, "My parents. They have helped me and have been there for me every step of the way. They are my biggest supporters.”

Emma’s future plans include attending college, starting her career, buying her own home, and building a successful and fulfilling life.

Her favorite Bible verse, Matthew 6:25, reminds her to trust in God’s plan.

She also shares this heartfelt message, “Never give up when things are tough. The Lord will help you always, and you can do anything.”

We’ve had the pleasure of watching Emma grow into a confident, kind, and accomplished young woman. With her determination, faith, and strong support system, there’s no doubt Emma Grace Romo will continue to shine in all she does. The best is yet to come for this Lady Titan!
