Lucas Palos is 17 years old and currently a Senior at Grand Terrace High School. He is an outstanding student with an impressive 3.8 grade point average. Despite maintaining a busy schedule, Lucas has successfully balanced both academics and athletics, continuing to perform at a high level in the classroom and on the field.

Lucas has been playing baseball since he was 13 years old and is currently a member of the GTHS Baseball team. His versatility on the field allows him to contribute in multiple positions, including outfielder, pitcher, and first baseman.

Outside of baseball, Lucas enjoys spending time with his family, his girlfriend Aylen, and his dog Trey.

Among his many accomplishments, Lucas has earned Principal’s Honor Roll twice, helped lead his teams to league championships in both baseball and football, and holds the record for the most home runs in a single season by any Grand Terrace baseball player.

When asked what motivates him, Lucas shared, “My biggest influences are my parents, who have supported me since I started playing and have sacrificed so much for me. Aylen, for always supporting me, and my brother for always keeping me competitive.”

Looking ahead, Lucas plans to attend a four-year university where he hopes to continue playing baseball while majoring in Psychology.

A quote Lucas lives by is, “Dedication makes dreams come true,” by Kobe Bryant.

We would like to wish Lucas all the best in his future. Having watched him compete and grow throughout the years, there is no doubt that the best is yet to come for this Titan.
