Victoria Perez may be small in stature, but large in voice and just six years old. She's a kindergartener at Terrace View Elementary School. She's active in athletics and represents the city of Grand Terrace as Little Miss Colton Princess. She is currently preparing to start her own charity called Victoria's Socks, with a goal of collecting 100 pairs of socks. I think it'll be clear she loves to sing. She's the daughter of Yvette and Randy Perez. Singing the National Anthem to all of those at the Grand Terrace Freedom Wall Memorial.
