Mayor's Message: Let's Beautify MoVal Together!

Dear Moreno Valley Residents,

As Mayor, one of the many things I love about Moreno Valley is its enduring spirit of volunteerism. This spirit has never been more evident than during our Beautify MoVal Community Days of Service.

Our first Beautify MoVal of 2024 will take place on Saturday, February 10, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Beautify MoVal is one of my favorite events because it allows residents of all ages the opportunity to help maintain the beauty of our Moreno Valley parks.

Since this program began nearly three years ago, more than 3,000 of you have volunteered your time and talents to help maintain the beauty of our parks!

This event is a great way to meet your neighbors, conduct team-building exercises, and show your community pride. I have worked alongside many residents painting curbs, raking leaves, planting trees, and more.

This time, I invite you to join hundreds of your fellow community members as we beautify Shadow Mountain Park and Parque Amistad.

We’ll meet in front of City Hall at 8 a.m. for free coffee, pastries, and fun games for kids before we set off to Beautify MoVal.

Learn more and sign up at moval.org/beautify. I’ll see you there!

He trabajado junto a muchos residentes pintando bordillos, rastrillando hojas, plantando árboles y más.
