If you’ve been thinking about adding a furry friend to your family, there’s no better place to start than our very own Moreno Valley Animal Shelter. Our shelter team has helped thousands of pets find loving forever homes, and yours could be next!

Whether you’re looking for a playful pup, a frisky feline, or a sweet companion to keep you company, our Animal Shelter team, facility, programs, and events help you find the perfect pet and keep them safe, happy, and healthy for a lifetime. Our veterinarians and support staff provide top-notch customer service and genuinely care about every animal that walks, hops, or slithers their way through our doors.

Adopting a pet from the shelter comes with some major perks, too: your adoption fee includes spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, and even a microchip to give you peace of mind in case your pet ever goes missing.

If your home could use a little extra joy and sloppy kisses this summer, stop by the shelter at 14041 Elsworth Street. and meet your new best friend. For hours, resources, and adoptable pets, visit moval.org/pets

And for those of you who already have a ‘furever’ friend, we know accidents can happen. Pets can get lost or escape the safety and security of your home. Therefore, all lost pets at the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter can be reunited with their family with no impound fees. Lost pets can be reclaimed during normal business hours, Tuesday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Let’s continue building a community where every pet and every person has a safe and loving place to call home.
