Nocturnal Wonderland Concert

On Friday and Saturday, September 14th and 15th, 2018, the Nocturnal Wonderland concert was held at the Glen Helen Amphitheatre in Devore. Campers began camping at the regional park on Thursday before the concert. Over the two-day period, 11 arrests were made for various charges.
Those camping in the campground went home on Sunday. Attendance for the two-day event was over 57 thousand persons.

During the two-day concert, ten persons were transported to local area hospitals for varying medical issues. one adult male remains in the hospital.

On Saturday, at approximately 1:01 am, deputies working at the event responded to the medical tent regarding an adult male receiving treatment for an unknown medical emergency. The male was transported by ambula nce to a local area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

A death investigation is being conducted; an autopsy will be performed to determine cause and manner of death.
