The City of Riverside Fire Department is excited to announce the 27th Annual Santa's Ride-Along. The program is a cooperative effort between the City of Riverside Fire Department and the Riverside City Firefighters Association Local 1067 (RCFA 1067).

The fire engine will travel slowly through the neighborhoods with lights and intermittent siren sounding and stop in specific areas along the route.Based on emergency calls for service, the Santa Ride-Along will do their best to end at an assigned city park between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. nightly where Santa and the Firefighters will be available for a meet and greet and photos.

Santa’s Ride-Along dates are December 9-12 & 16-18, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Two stations per night will be escorting Santa through their neighborhoods.

Fire Engines will remain in service and “Santa” will respond with the unit if they get an emergency call for service. If Santa is not at the designated park by 7:30 p.m., Santa is assisting the City of Riverside Fire Department with an emergency response and will not be able to make the designated park time. There will be no make-ups due to inclement weather or emergency responses.
