Ceballos and returning Board of Education members Dr. Margaret Hill, Gwen Rodgers, and Dr. Scott Wyatt were sworn in to four-year terms. The Board presented outgoing Board member Michael J. Gallo with a special resolution in honor of his service.

The Board unanimously elected Rodgers to a second term as Board president and Wyatt as vice president.

The Board members develop the policies by which the educational programs and other business of the District are carried out.
