Investigators from the San Bernardino Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, and the San Bernardino Police Department Specialized Crimes Unit of the Detective Bureau, served a search warrant at the Anthony Cumming's residence in San Bernardino as part of an on-going Child Pornography investigation. The investigation began through a cyber tip tracked to an IP address in San Bernardino. This led detectives to discover that Anthony Cummings was in possession of over 50,000 images of Child Pornography to include young girls under the age of 12 being sexually assaulted in a manner known as Sexual Sadism.

Members of the San Bernardino Police Department Special Investigations Bureau assisted with the service of the warrant. Cummings was located and arrested without incident and has been booked into a San Bernardino County Detention Center.
