1 package chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

Gummy worms

Optional: mini tombstone cookies or candy letters to make “RIP”
Instructions:

Make pudding: Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions. Let it set slightly.

Crush cookies: Put the chocolate sandwich cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they look like dirt.

Assemble cups: In a clear cup or small jar, layer pudding first, then a generous layer of “dirt” (crushed cookies). Repeat if desired for extra layers.

Decorate: Stick gummy worms partially into the dirt. Add mini tombstones or make “RIP” with candy letters.
