The Riverside Community Services Foundation (RCSF) is dedicated to providing youth scholarships to families in need. We believe every child deserves the chance to enjoy open green spaces, make new friends, play, and learn skills that will help them thrive into adulthood.
Over the years, RCSF has given over 5,000 children the opportunity to participate in enriching activities they wouldn’t otherwise have been able to afford. Our collaboration with the PRCSD has pioneered programs to benefit ALL children, regardless of their financial status.
