Spearheading this initiative is the Hope Team, a specialized unit of trained sheriff officers under the local San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, dedicated to homeless outreach and support. This program exemplifies a commitment to not only managing but also meaningfully engaging with the homeless population in the area.

The Hope Team's mission is centered around connecting homeless individuals with various support services and resources available within the community. Their daily efforts involve reaching out to homeless groups across the city, fostering relationships, and encouraging participation in programs designed to aid their transition towards stability and self-sufficiency.
