Martin Lemon is Redlands Conservancy's volunteer land manager at San Tim, and he is always recruiting volunteers to help with the long-term native plant restoration work and trail management. So far, he has restored the east entrance fields, the area around Bobcat Bowl, and he is in the process of establishing new project areas farther into the sanctuary - all with the help of teams of volunteers. On Saturday, February 10, join Martin and a small team from the Holy Name of Jesus Church from 11:45am to 2pm. You'll be taking care of light trail maintenance tasks such as branch clipping and weeding. Bring work gloves and a refillable water bottle. We recommend wearing a hat, long sleeves, long pants and sturdy shoes, and bringing sunscreen. Meet at the Alessandro Road entrance for your day in one of Redlands' wild places. No need to call ahead - just show up and have fun.
