The wait is now over; It is now time to choose one person, one lucky winner to win $1,000. Who will walk away with the grand prize of $1,000? Is it going to be you?

In just a few days City News Group will choose the winner of our grand prize giveaway of $1,000 and anyone still has this chance of a lifetime. Don’t miss your opportunity to enter, you only have until December 2 to submit your entry at absolutely no purchase necessary!

Go to City News Group.com and begin searching for the bag of money icon on our local advertisements, click on those advertisements and submit your entry. That’s it-in four short and easy steps you give yourself the opportunity to win $1,000.

Don’t deny yourself the chance, there is absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain. Enter every day up until December 2 to increase your amount of entries in the opportunity drawing.

Think of the endless possibilities an extra $1000 can bring to your life- this prize money can help pay for looming bills, help repair things around the house, help cover grocery costs, pay for something new that the whole family can enjoy, or help bring even more Christmas joy and celebration.

No matter what you can use $1000 for, the extra money can be a benefit in anyone’s life.

This $1000 giveaway is the greatest way to cap off a nearly year-long sweepstakes program put on by City News Group.

Although these uncertain times may not be over yet, we as a community can still do all that we can to pull together, support one another, and still find ways to have fun and enjoy life, while staying safe. An easy way to give back to your community is to shop local and support our small businesses. We here at your local City News developed a sweepstakes program that gets you, the community, back to your favorite local businesses.

As a way to give back and thank our community for shopping local, popular local businesses gave away weekly gifts to their supporters since May of this year. These local businesses also made it possible to give away $1,000 on December 3rd to one lucky winner.

We look up to and are proud of our local businesses for keeping their doors open and for continuing to serve the community. As a member of the community, we thank everyone who has continued to support the businesses in their community.

A community should support each other and we hope this was a way to bring everyone together again.
