Description: On behalf of the City of Moreno Valley Mayor, Council, Staff, and family of Mayor Pro Tem Victoria Baca, you are invited to join us for a municipal memorial service to honor the life of Mayor Pro Tem Victoria Baca. Let us come together in remembrance of Mayor Pro Tem Victoria Baca’s life on Monday, October 18 at 3 p.m. at the Civic Center Amphitheater, located at 14075 Frederick Street at the Moreno Valley Civic Center. Community members attending the memorial service are encouraged to park at the Amphitheater parking lot located through the entrance on Veterans Way.
