Description: The University of Redlands’ Conservatory of Music will present its Opera Gala at 8 p.m., Saturday, April 1. It is free and open to the public. The performance will include the University’s Orchestra conducted by Professor Co Nguyen along with two student conductors, Ashley Petrie and Jamison Stevens. The University’s Chapel Singers, University Choir, and guest appearances by some of the University of Redlands’ talented alumni will all be included. Selections to be presented in the Opera Gala include the lively overture from Mozart’s "The Magic Flute" along with selected solos and ensembles.
