Description: Ideal for all young children and families (ages 3-8), the farm-fresh restaurant chain Farmer Boys is hosting the 38th annual Children’s Day Event at the Loma Linda University Hospital!
The FREE Children’s Day event aims to provide hands-on learning activities to teach children about hospital education and to feel comfortable in the hospital environment. Farmer Boys will host two interactive booths, including a ‘Spin-the-Wheel’ for kids to win mini cheeseburger squishies, a pair of sunglasses, coloring sheets, temporary tattoos and other prizes. Other activities include a farm animal petting zoo where children and families will get to pet a variety of animals, as well as a Teddy Bear Check-up and Immunization Clinic, pretend finger casting, ‘doc for a day’, a show & tell with Dr. Hayes’ venomous animals, dental health, fire safety, and other Loma Linda University Health Department booths providing health educational experiences for children.
