U of R Presents 'All my Sons'

REDLANDS>> The University of Redlands Theatre Arts Department will present the American classic “All my Sons” by Arthur Miller during two weekends in November. On Nov. 11, 12, 18 and 19 at 8 p.m. and Nov. 13 and 20 at 2 p.m., community members can join together to watch the classic Miller production. The play is set in 1947, a remarkable, unique time in America as the cataclysm of WWII is over. The Keller family and friends gather in their comfortable backyard. This fast-moving study of denial, guilt and social responsibility by one of America’s greatest playwrights is a tragedy of secrets known, secrets kept and secrets revealed. “All My Sons” is presented by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Services, Inc., New York The production will be held at the Glenn Wallichs Theatre located on the University of Redlands Campus at 1200 E Colton Ave, Redlands. The production is directed by Gerard Stropnicky with scenic design by Megan Carava, costume design by Nephelie Andonyadis, lighting design by Trevor Norton, sound design by Thomas Roberts and stage management by Elena Luine. The cast of the play includes Kathryn Duncan, Sean Dunnington, Brendan Hernandez, Alexander Hult, Christopher Hult, Anna Klein, Josh Marshall, Sylvia Mitchell, Angelena Petschek, Alyssa Reamy, Evan Sanford Jackson Shamp, Benjiro Watanabe and Emiko Watanabe. Tickets at $12 for general admission, $8 with a university ID and $8 for senior citizens. Tickets for the event are available at www.redlands.edu/currentproductions or by calling (909)748-8028
