On November 10, 2025, the Grand Terrace City Council and Planning Commission joined community members, property owners, and the Dutch Bros Development team to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new Dutch Bros Coffee on Barton Road, marking another step in the City’s continued economic growth and revitalization efforts.
Located at 22115 Barton Road, just off the I-215 freeway, the project will feature a 984-square-foot building offering both drive-thru and walk-up service, supported by water efficient landscaping, attractive architecture, and a dual-lane drive-thru.
“Dutch Bros in Grand Terrace goes beyond just assisting and promoting our economic development,” said Ed Giroux of the Planning Commission. “Their belief is that they can make a difference through a shared commitment with our community.”
This project is the result of a partnership between property owner Mike Yasin and his family and developer Jon Caglia with the Dutch Bros development team, who collaborated with City staff to design a project that reflects the community’s vision for Barton Road corridor.
All building permits have been issued, and construction is underway through April. Please join us for the grand opening and ribbon-cutting celebration this spring!
